This form must be completed in order to have courses added to the "Online Learning Courses" listing located at http://online.armstrong.edu and should be completed as soon as you know your course schedule each semester.
IMPORTANT: Each section is maintained for a period of one year for
the sole purpose of maintaining the integrity of a course in the event
of a grade challenge. After a period of one year, sections will be removed from the Vista server. For example, Summer 2007 courses will be removed from the Vista server at the end of the Summer 2008 semester. We encourage each faculty member to export the Vista grade book at the
end of each term as a way of making your own individual backup of
student grades earned in your course(s).
If you have already built your course in Vista and need a template (copy of Vista course) created to use in future semesters, please fill out the "Create Template" form. Please keep in mind that a template cannot be created if the course does not exist in Vista.
NOTE: Please do not submit requests for Spring 2009 at this time.
If you have already requested that a template be created based on an existing Vista course and need the template assigned to a new section in Vista for the upcoming semester, please fill out the "Assign Template to Section" form.
NOTE: Please do not submit requests for Fall 2008 at this time.
If you are teaching multiple sections of the same course and would like all students to appear in one section, please fill out the "Give Students Access to Another Course" form.
