Install Only ONE Version of Java

Java is required to use features such as Chat, Whiteboard, HTML Creator and My Computer. GeorgiaVIEW Vista works best with only ONE supported version of Java installed.  Multiple installations of Java may result in sluggish performance or the "login loop," where users "get kicked out of Vista" without warning.  Therefore, it is critically important that users do not install multiple versions of Java on their machine(s).

Please install Java JRE 1.6.0_11.

Some users have reported difficulties with the latest version of the Java Run-Time Environment (1.6).  It is recommended that an older iteration (previous version) of 1.6 be used if problems occur.
